Between October 2002 and July 2005 the West Bridgford School music department staged a series of seven contemporary music shows. Each show ran for three to four nights of sell out performances.By incorporating new technologies into their presentation the "West Bridgford School Rockshows" redefined what was possible in terms of school production. They "raised the bar".
None of this would have been possible without those students who embraced and became familiar with such technologies, those who worked tirelessly behind the curtains, and of course those who gave their all in the spot lights out front.
Our web site celebrates the achievements of those students and staff who undertook this venture together. To quote the last line of the first show in this series: "And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make".
